Notice and Takedown Procedure
F-Image respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content hosted on F-Image infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We maintain the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion.
Response Time
We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Complex cases may take longer. We will notify the uploader when content is removed and provide information about filing a counter-notification.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
